Internet connection problems with Pulse Secure

When I connect to Pulse Secure, my internet connection fall down. I have Windows 10. Do you know why? Thank you

Are you seeing "No Internet Access" on the network icon after connecting to VPN?

To confirm, you are not able to access any internet resources like Google, Twitter, etc. using browser after connecting to VPN?

as [email protected] asked, are you _truly_ down or does the OS "simply" report that you do not have connectivity, even though you can access non-Microsoft cloud resources?
