Is it possible to eliminate use of license servers for using ACCESSX600-ADD-100U ?

While using MAG device MAG-2600 on 8.1R10 as license server,and MAG-4610s for the SSL VPN termination using ACCESSX600 for a specified number of concurrent users. Is it possible to eliminate the license server in any way?

You can purchase a license for the MAG4610 that is installed directly there rather than the one on the license server
licenses, however, are non-transferable
