Issue With End Session - 7.1R3

Hi,

I'm using a SA6500 and I have upgrade it in 7.1R3.

Since, we have a big issue with End session.

If we do not click on Disconnect button from the web page, we can't open another session.

We have an error message "getContextData" error.

And we need to delete the user session directly from the console.

The Only solution is to disable "Display open user session[s] warning notification_" option in the Sign-in Policy.

Is anybody find fix about this issue ?

Could you clarify where exactly you see this error? Is it on the browser you use to sign in or do you see this somewhere in the logs?

this error message is on the web browser client.

Not in the Juniper logs.

We don't have any error on the SA...

do you use pre-auth or post-auth checks (e.g. host checker or cache cleaner)?
