Issue during the installation

Hi all,

I work for a big campany and we are testing this product.
I have some report that there is an error during the installation. Can someone help me to resolve this?

Issue is:
>Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file exists and is writable.
>System Error. Please sign in and try again. if the problem continues, please contact your system administrator.

You might want to work with your authorized customer support representative to get help on this issue:

There are lots of questions here:
* Were you installing a Pulse Secure client? If so, which one, and what version?
* What Operating System was on the endpoint?
* Where did you see the error message?
* What method were you using to install the client (MSI/DMG file? Install from web browser? Other?)

There are lots of variables here, so working with our support organization (or with your organization's system administrators) might be best.

Actually, the client appears install but I think that it is not complete.
When I check the log, the installation is stopped at: "JunosPulseInstall.log"

If you are willing, could you email your JunosPulseInstall.log file to pulse-universal-feedback@pulsesecure.net?

I finally find a solution. I will be resolved by put at the lower level the Windows user account protection.

What was the actual solution here? I'd love to know since I am experiencing the same problem with some of my users.

Same OS and IE 11 as well.

That didn't work for me though.  Nothing has actually.  I'm trying to install on a windows 10x64 1709 build machine; I've increased the max files, booted with no driver signing and just tried shutting off the UAC...Nothing seems to work.  Any other ideas would be helpful ;-)

Please open a case with our support team to figure out where we are missing something for your system
