Hello guys, i can't seem to get junos pulse to install on one of my systems running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
Getting the following error:
I tried:
- installing it via multiple browsers including IE, Chrome, Opera, Firefox.
- uninstalling and reinstalling Java.
What else can i do to avoid a clean install on this system?
Thanks in advance.
What is the pulse client version?
How are you deploying it using a MSI installer?
What version is SA on?
Version is 2.1
Yes, it's a MSI installer.
I don't think i understand the third question, sorry.
Thanks for your quick reply, SVK.
What version of the SSL-VPN code are you running? That is question #3
The only solution i found is to manually install the Pulse client on the system. Installing the client via web browser doesnt work on that particular system for some reason. This comes up on about 1 in a 100 web installs.

@muttbarker: i have no idea, it was setup by an external company.
@[email protected]: did you encounter this issue too? where can i get the installer?
Thanks for the answers, guys.

Hello, zanyterp, the OS and user data are on the same partition.
Unfortunately, i can't seem to be able to download Pulse 3.1R2. Getting the following message:
"You have encountered this error because your account privileges do not permit access to the information or service requested."
Do you have a direct link?
Thank you.
Thank you for the update; the only time I have seen this message is when the OS & user data/profile are on different partitions.
All software downloads require Juniper accounts; I would not be able to send you a link other than the one you are attempting to download from already.
Can you check %programfiles%\Common FIles\Juniper Networks\JSCDT\JuniperCompMgr.exe and verify that this is not defined to run as XP compatibility mode?
