Hi all,
I'm wondering if some of you already noticed an issue which seems to be keep alive related for terminal emulation to mainframe systems when connecting through VPN with Pulse 3.1 connecting to IVE 7.3R1?
Basically users are connecting on their session and then step away for 5-10 minutes to do email or other stuff and when they come back they were logged out of their session on mainframe.
This doesn't seem to happen in the office and we've validate the session timeout on mainframe being at 30 minutes...
Anyone encountered this issue before?
