Issues with extending session

Has anyone noticed that since an update to weeks ago that it doesn't allow you to extend session anymore. I'm on my computer for 7 1/2 hours and usually about four hours into it it'll say please extend session and gives me five minutes to do it and I have to put my credentials in but it's not asking me anymore. It's just booting me out and I don't know why anybody have any clue. I'm not the owner I work for a company so I don't know if it's something they need to do

@Jpurple17 Sounds like the extend session feature might be disabled on the VPN server side. BTW, do you see the "Extend session" option listed when right-clicking on the connected session in Pulse Client? If not listed, then it's disabled in the VPN server.

 

If listed but not prompting to extend, then the session extension notification is disabled on the server side. In either case, you would need to contact the VPN admin team or IT helpdesk to report.
