JSAM and MS Outlook 2003 and 2007

Greetings,


I'm trying to configure my IVE device for sending and receiving emails via JSAM. The client application used in my network  is Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007. On the Administration Guide(Page 521) of version 6.5R6 I found the following lines: -


Standard Application Support: MS Outlook
Remote users can use the Microsoft Outlook client on their PC's to access email,
their calendars, and other Outlook features through the IVE. Versions of MS
Outlook currently supported are MS Outlook 2000 and MS Outlook 2002.


Can someone please explain how can i achieve my task as how can I use email on newer Outlook versions.

7.0 release notes has the answer to your query:

"Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 are not supported with J-SAM. To work around this issue, use W-SAM or Network Connect. (8251)"

Please try the work arounds suggested about or you can create a enhancement request (ER) to juniper through your local sales representative.

What is more to my mind one of the best determinations here is the especial software. Because of I ran into some similar troubles and only tools assisted me. This tool would help here after first using - reading pst file.
