Hi all,
I had problem with JSAM when I updated my Java. The JSAM will start but it will not create the temporary 'hosts' file.
These are the details:
Juniper SA2000 System Version: 6.5R4.1 (build 15977)
Browser: Internet Explorer 8 and 9
Java Version 6 Update 33
The problem occurred when I updated the Java to Version 7 Update 5 (released recently, July 2012). I had to revert to previous version of Java for it to work again.
Do I need to upgrade the SA software? If yes, what would be the upgrade paths?
As reminded by Juniper, SA 2000 can only support softwares under 7.2Rx (which means 7.1Rx and below), but I can't find any new release of the previous softwares released this July 2012 (after Java released version 7).
Thank you,
John
