JUNOS PULSE FOR IPHONE/IPAD (Warning: Installing this profile will allow the administrator to collect personal data, etc. on your iphone

I think this capability is unnecessary as most of the ipad/iphone users are high executives. seeing this warning is not a good option to do. speacially when giving administrator the ability to take or get personal files from the user device. All they need is to connect to the VPN and access the server in a secure manner. Can someone explain the advantage of doing this? or is there a way to disable this feature?

this should only be showing if you are using the MSS profile; otherwise the SA/IT team does not have access to the information.

Juniper tries to upsell into the mobile security suite, which does have a lot of various functionalities (which do need the functionalities/permissions specified by you).
