On the system at System>Configuration>Certificates>Code-signing certificates, you should see the installed certificate with an option to renew when you click on the certificate. The instructions there should allow you to renew the certificate. If you are using the same certificate on other systems, follow the standard renewal process and upload the private key and signed certificate after removing the currently installed certificate.
