Hi, what does the end user see when the maximum number of SSL/NClicenses have reached their limit when attempting to login to an SSL web login page?

Hi,

 

1. A Soft Limit end-user message is presented to the client when the number of users exceeds the licensed amount of users up to 10% (i.e. 10 users in case of 100 user license). In this circumstance, the client will receive the following message when accessing the IVE: Warning: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You may continue with this session -- system performance may be impacted.

 

2. A Hard Limit exists in the IVE when the number of concurrent users exceeds the licensed amount of users for more than 10% (i.e., for 100 user license, this starts from 111th user signing in). In this circumstance, the client will received the following message when accessing the IVE: Alert: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You can try again in a few minutes.
