Juniper SA, Junos Pulse and internet access via a corporate proxy server

We are using Junos Pulse clients to connect to a Juniper SA, to provide VPN connections to the corporate LAN. We are using a wide variety of terminal types, including laptops, tablets, phones & Windows, Android & iOS.

For all devices on the corporate network, internet access is provided via a proxy server.

On a full Windows laptop, proxy settings are put into the IE settings, the domain username and password are passed as single sign-on and this works. For other devices (eg phones), there is nowhere to put these settings and so internet access is not possible with Junos Pulse.

If I use IKEv2, it is possible to include the proxy settings with the VPN connection on the SA box. It seems as though this means proxy access to the internet works on all devices.

Does anyone know how to include proxy settings with Junos Pulse VPN connections, to allow internet access from all devices?

The proxy settings are defined in the connection profile at Users>Resource Policies>VPN Tunneling>Connection Profiles
Have you tested deploying the proxy detail to your mobile clients through your EMM/MDM provider?
