Juniper SA (VA-DTE) keep defaulting all users to Local Server Authentication

Hello all,

I've searched around but nothing I've tried works.  I have an AD auth server setup for authentication and I have the correct role mappings and auth servers setup in the user realm.  For some reason the SA keeps defaulting to Local Server auth for every users.  The role mapping I've tried basing on Groupname and Username, nothing works.

I've also completely blown away the AD config and re-added it to no avail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated before I yank my hair out.

Authentication server are tied to a specific realm.  Are you allowing the end user to select multiple realms in the sign-in page?  The other possibility is the incorrect realm is assigned to the sign-in page.

I was under the inmpression that the sign-in pages were for signing into the actual console.  But that makes sense now as I'm sure the mobile client is leveraging the default /* signin page.  I'll check this policy and reply back.

Ok...adding the role on the signin page worked.  Thanks for your assistance.
