Juniper SSL VPN on Mac OS 10.4.11 (Tiger)

Hi, how do I connect to a network that uses juniper's SSL VPN (Neoteris) on my MacBook Pro. My company gave me an url to connect and invoke remote terminal session. And when I try the url on my macbook pro and login I get a message saying "You are not allowed to sign in. Please contact your administrator" ! Is there a workaround on how to connect ? do I need any client app ? If so where can I get one

Thanks,

Contact the people in your company who configured it. This error is quite specific to how the device is configured.

As @kenlars mentioned, you will need to contact your administrator to find out why you are not allowed in. Is there eany other message seen when you try to connect? Do you see anything try to launch at or before the login page?

Once you have resolved that issue, please confirm with the administrator that the remote terminal session they are using has Java support for you to connect with on your MacBook Pro.
