Juniper Secure Meeting Outlook plugin not working

I have a eval unit of SSL 2500 running. My computer is Windows Vista and Outlook 2007. I installed the Secure Meeting plugin but I can't find any secure meeting button or menu anywhere in my Outlook.

Does anybody know why?

Once you install the toolbar you should see an option for it in the menu (if you right click the toolbar area of Outlook):

We have found the plug in to be a little flakey. It seems to work intermittently. Normally works the first time, but then is inconsistent if hitting the Secure Meeting button will bring up the meeting form.

In that case you should open a JTAC case. We can look into the issue for you.

I have opened a case but still not getting anywhere. The engineer took a look and couldn't figure out what is wrong.
