I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this issue. It appears that on some Windows 8 devices the Juniper Terminal Services client will hang for a moment and then reconnect at 8-bit color depth.
I am having trouble narrowing down what other factors are influencing this behavior. I tested for about 6 hours using a Windows 8 device with a Verizon MiFi and only saw the issue twice.
Then, surprisingly when using the same device with a wired internet connection (gigabit network, 25 Mbp bandwidth) the issue happens every five to ten minutes.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!
