Hello, we are running a Juniper SA2500 and two users get the message:
"juniper terminal services client session has timed out. please log on to secure".
This message comes every hour but not exactly after 60 min.
We are running System Version 7.2R2 (build 21017) Tokens have the same policy as the other users.
Other users don't have the problem. What steps can I take to find the problem.
What is the Max. Session Length time defined under the user role and session options?
