I've been trying to deploy some remote laptops and I've found that the Junos Pulse clients are getting the same MAC address. For example I have 3 toshiba laptops and 1 HP to which the HP which are all being given the same MAC addresses on the 'Juniper Networks Virtual Adaptor'. These havent changed in the 4 weeks I've been testing.
This only causes a problem as a piece of software we use maps to the client via the MAC address. This software show's which MAC address the client is connected to and when one of the other Junos Pulse clients connects, it disonnects the other client. One strange note is that the software is picking up that although the machines are all getting the same MAC address on the Junos Pulse side, the Junos Pulse client is passing through the HP network adapter's MAC address on the HP laptop as well as one of the Toshiba laptops. The other 2 Toshiba laptops are passwing through the same juniper virtual adaptor MAC.
I know this seems a little confusing but any pointer would be great.
