I can't seem to get the fix to work. I've tried removing the SYSTEM ROOT store but get an error. Any suggestions.System root

No certificate should be removed from the SYSTEM ROOT.  We should only need to add the VeriSign G5 (expires in 2021) in the SYSTEM keychain.

Re: Junos Pulse DOA with El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11)

I'm not quite sure how to do add the cert from Symantec. Don't mess around in keychain too often. Anyone know what the steps are?

UPDATE: I figured it out. Disregard!

Re: Junos Pulse DOA with El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11)

Dear Mark, I cannot get my Junos Pulse to work even with your instructions to download an intermediate certificate and trust all. Error log below. I'm using Junos version 5.0.7.50111. Can't seem to download the 5.1 versions with my level of access to the website. Would that fix it?

Thank you!

Re: Junos Pulse DOA with El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11)

Disregard I figured it out... I'm fairly new to Macs so for others that may be wondering like I was, get the lastest version of Pulse Secure, then go to the below link

https://knowledge.symantec.com/support/ssl-certificates-support/index?page=content&actp=CROSSLINK&id...

At the bottom of the page there is a file called Symc_Cross_Root.txt, download this file to your Mac desktop, then rename it to Symc_Cross_root.cer and double click on it, this will put the cert into the System Keychain, double click on it and change Trust to Trust All.. Pulse Secure is now working.
