Junos Pulse Mobile Security Gateway registration issue

Hi, we have the mobile security gateway SAAS for our enterprise but i can't work out how to register user devicesn e.g. iphones. After reading the admin guide it refers to emailing the user the following link (junospulse:///?method=mss&action=autoRegister&url==https:/mss.junospulse.juniper.net/smobile/ident/registerDevice.htm) which allows them to manually register but this doesn't do anything. The link opens the junos pulse client but nothing happens. Has anyone managed to manually register devices, in particular iOS, if so can you point me in the right direction? thanks

Which Pukse client version are you using? Does the SMS form work?

I would also like to know this. I first added the UDID of the iPad into device settings in Mobile Security Gateway but it remains inactive/unregistered and when I try to Send Commands it says that commands cannot be sent to inactive/unregistered device. so real confusion here. The documentation suggests that auto-registration is available for the iPad / iPhone but no further information around. Using version 3.0
