Junos Pulse Windows problems connecting to SA2500 - waiting to connect

I am trying to connect using Junos Pulse client. I am able to authenticate and all goes well, but then the client startes to loop from:

Waitnig to connect... to Connecting...

It nevers works.

I then try to connect using an iTouch with the Junos Pulse and connects perfectly, no problems. I also tried another Windows 7 and it works perfect there too.

It seems to happen on at least two Windows 7 machines.

Are there any logs on the Junos Client side I can take a looka ta to trouble shoot this further?

Which version of Pulse?

Logs are at %appdata%\Roaming\Juniper Networks\Logging\ and C:\Public\Users\Juniper Networks\Logging\

We've run into about a dozen or so clients like this. The issue usually has to do with older vpn clients. Removing all other VPN clients or AV clients that add network miniport drivers helps many of the cases. Some times we need ti do a netsh int ip reset and or a netsh winsock reset to clean out the issue. After rebooting you can reinstall the pulse client.
