Hi everyone:
I have two question:
1. I found the information"Pulse 4.0R1 for Android supports Native Google API based VPN for Ice Cream Sandwich." in Junos Pulse Supported Mobile Platforms document(VERSION: 12.06R04.01), is it means Junos Pulse 4.0R1 support all moblie device runs Android 4.0 or later?
2. In "j-pulse-12.06r04.1-supportedplatforms.pdf" Appendix 1, it mentions some vendor like Samsung,Lenovo,KDDI,Motorola and Panasonic, but I don't see HTC in it , I encountered some problem about using Junos Pulse(enterprise vpn feature) on HTC smartphone(Android 4.0), I can login Junos Pulse success, and get intra IP, but can't access anywhere(internet or intra LAN), in the same configuration, Samsung smartphone(Android 4.0) is work fine, I would like to know is there any support list information about HTC mobile devices? thank you very much.

I have exactly the same problem with my HTC Sensation.
Did you manage to solve the problem?
Any help is much appreciated
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
Pulse 4.0 (latest available in Google market) is capable of establishing L3 VPN on Android device running 4.0 irrespective of mobile hardware.
If you see the issue in HTC, please go ahead and collect the Pulse, SA logs and contact Jtac for analysis.
Thanks,
