Junos Pulse keeps on upgrading clients

I have 2 SA2000 units running 7.1R11.0 they are both setup with Pulse configuration for netconnect capabilities. the unit at the main site was the first units installed and configured. the pulse client runs great. the problem started when we added the second unit at the remote site. when we try to connect to the remote site we are always prompted for client upgrade, I have the unit configured to not upgrade the clients. For now I have told the users to just cancle the upgrade and it connects. not the ideal solution but workable until I find a solution to the problem

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Anyone have an idea of how I can get this fixed?

Hi,

On both units,did you make sure that the same version of junos client is activated under Manage Junos Pulse Client Versions under the user role-->junos pulse client components
