We are facing issue on Junos pulse client for all users , it's not connecting and showing error message "Unable to communicate with the server (Error:1110)"
web browser able to connect the SSL VPN and no more issue , only the problem in juniper pulse .
we have configured the MAG 4610 SA Active-Active mode and using Microsoft TMG for load balancing .
do you see the connection request from the pulse client on the MAG unit (from the error message, I believe you are not)? if you bypass the load balancer, can you confirm it is successful? what type of filtering do you have enabled on the TMG? does the TMG allow the connection to go all the way through or does it try to terminate the connection? the former should be fine as the actual endpoint connection is still against the MAG; the latter will not work.

port 80 and 443 allowed to forward on TMG
