Junos Pulse or Pulse Secure Android Client API

I hope that someone can help me.

Subject:

At the moment I am developing an app which should establish a vpn connection. For this function I wanted to use the Junos Pulse or Pulse Secure Android Client Api. Unfortunately the Junos Pulse API doesn't work as described in this link:

So I decided to try the new app Pulse Secure. There is also an API but here I should submit my signatrue to get access to the API. Unfortunately the support of Juniper Networks can not help me and I don't know how to submit my signature so I can not succeed. Following link will provide the description for Pulse Secure:

Can someone help me? I didn't find any further information.

But unfortunately they couldn't help me. So I assume that they closed my case. I don't know. Can you help me?
