Junos SSL VPN - Hostchecker - Firewall Check

Hallo,

i am trying to define Policy in Host Checker in order to check if a specified firewall version is installed or not.

In this Szenario we are using:

Sophos Product Version 10.3 (new release for Windows 8) with FIrewall Version 3.0.0.

The Sophos Firewall Option available in list is limited to Version 1.x & 2.x.

In other products i came across Option "2.x and higher". I guess i don't have that option?

How can i circumvent this issue.

System Version 7.4R4 (build 26411)

Active ESAP version: 2.4.3

Clients: Windows 7 and Windows 8

Please raise a ticket with JTAC, a ticket needs to be filed to request adding of this firewall version for win 8.

Thanks for pointing me to right direction. I have openend a Case with JTAC and provided the logs. I will keep you informed about the progress.
