Are you using host host checker? If you disable that, does it work?
What is the failure you are seeing?

I set up dynamic-vpn for external users. There is nothing about means of host checker.
How it to disconnect and where?
Junos pulse for Win thus works.

Are you using an SA or MAG unit? The Pulse Mobile client cannot connect to the srx series of devices, which uses the terminology dynamic VPN for the connection; only the windows client can do that.
