Kerberos Constrained Delegation (KCD) question

Hi ,

Can anyone help me with a basic plan with steps to take to set up KCD towards a Windows resource?

Especially the service-list / SPN part on AD is new / unknown to me.

 I know setting up SPN's in combination with Microsoft IAG/UAG is a command line thing.
