Laggy and slow Terminal Services

Users using Terminal Services to RDP to workstations faced laggy and slow connections.

Slowness noticed only when using Terminal services bookmark not when using HTML5 or VPN tunnel to access the same RDP machine(s)?

Issue when connecting to any specific RDP machine or to all? Slowness observed by all users or specific ones?
