Local Storage Javascript error messages after upgrading PCS

We upgraded our Pulse Secure Client software to version 9.1.3 for our inlink users in March this year. After this time users began to report issues when connecting to our web applications. They were unable to upload files to the webapp when connected via Pulse Secure Client and some menu items would no longer display as the following error messages would be encountered:

SCRIPT5009: 'browserSupportsLocalStorage' is undefined

,DanaInfo=***.***.**.***,CT=js+library.js (7060,2)

TypeError : Unable to get property 'style' of undefined or null reference thrown in

menus._destroyMenus();

menus.holder = document.getElementById("menuholdertd");

var menu = menus.buildMenu("mainrec_menus",{"id":"menu0","items":[{"id":"SETUP_MODULE","sub":{"id":"1","items":[{"id":"MOD10041_HEADER","sub":{"id":"MOD10041_HEADER2","

Can someone help with this issue?

Thanks

Re: Local Storage Javascript error messages after upgrading PCS

Rewrite issue.

Unfortunately, it's something that only our engineering team can review and provide a fix. I recommend you to open a support case to proceed further.

P.S. You can also try configuring pass-through proxy feature for this specific application and see if helps - https://www-prev.pulsesecure.net/download/techpubs/current/434/pulse-connect-secure/pcs/8.3rx/How_To...
