We have this intermittent login issue. We use LDAP role mapping using AD group attribute authentication. A user will be logging into the VPN just fine for months and then all of a sudden they will get a message stating they are unauthorized to login and to contact their Administrator. The logs on the Admin Console state

Login failed. Reason:NoRoles.

Login failed from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX for user/domain. All roles restricted.

All other users are able to login fine; itÕll only be one user that is having the issue and has been happening to different users over the course of several months. When it first started happening, I wasnÕt sure how to fix it and the problem would appear to go away on its own after a few days. After troubleshooting some more, I was able to remove the user from the AD group and then re-add them. This used to fix the problem. Now it no longer does. Any ideas why this is happening?

You may need to find whats common between the user accounts that are failing, are they part of the same group, did they recently change their passwords..

Theres no straight forward way to find the cause, please also create a case with JTAC for further analysis.
