We have just started getting the above errors with random users. After some period of time the user my re attempt and gain successful login. This is happening with Windows and OsX clients alike. Any thoughts as to where I could look?
Additional info, when a user deletes their cookies, they get in, however some users report that they have to delete their cookies each time they access the SRA.

the first place we can look is a successful policy trace and an unsuccessful one and secondly an SA TCP dump for successful connection and for unsuccessful connection
