I am in IT support for a large healthcare provider. For Medicare billing, we are required to install the Juniper Networks Network Connect application version 7.1.0.18671. In our environment, Internet Explorer is locked down so tightly that even if the user has admin rights, any installation from IE will fail.
I have now spent ~6 hours with various support providers and I cannot get them to contact/transfer me to the person who administers the Secure Access system. I'm hoping that someone here might be able to share/send me the installation files for Juniper Installer Service that would install the Network Connect software.
I hope this doesn't violate Juniper's terms of service. I tried opening cases with Juniper but couldn't reach technical support because we do not have support contracts with Juniper.
If additional information is needed, please respond here. I'll happily provide whatever information I can obtain.
Thank you!

You're not wrong Steve, I'm UK based financial services. That does sound rough.
Attached is an MSI for the JuniperInstallerService. It is a very slightly older one (patch version only) and I believe will be able to update itself as soon as the client actually connects to the SA.
If that's no good I'd reccomend connecting to the SA with a more lapse version of IE, then grabbing the NC installer file out of your temporary files to stick on your clients, although this will leave you with a problem if the software on the SA upgrades.

You'll need the Juniper installer service rather than the NC application itself otherwise users will not be able to conect when the software on the SA is upgraded.
This software is available from the admin WebUI of the gateway you are connecting to under System > Installers.
If your deployment is as large as you suggest, you should not have a problem getting to it, else you really need to change your suport contractor.
Juniper do not permit software downloads without a valid support contract, so we cannot provide you with the software here.

Sam,
You obviously don't work in USA healthcare. Medicare payment gateway providers are not exactly customer service friendly entities. Especially in the area of technical support. They are what we are required to use and they know it. So the fact that we have a large deployment literally means nothing to them. And the front line help desk jealously guards access to the real engineers with access to these deploy files we would like to have.
What RCherven is asking, is what is another path they can get the installer files they need for a roll out to connect to the SA being run by the actual Juniper customer. They are a level removed. And they don't have an option to find someone else, these are required use vendors.
Is this something a Juniper partner can help a company install and distribute? Or are they obligated to not provide the installer service software to companies that don't actually own the SA device their computers need to connect too?

Sam,
This is exactly what I needed. Thank you for this!! You've saved me several hours of frustration.
Steve described the situation perfectly, this problem could have been resolved in mere seconds if I could have gotten through to an engineer that manages the SA. Unfortunately, after multiple hours on the phone with both the SA support provider and Juniper, no one would escalate the call.
Thanks again!!
Its just annoying that its not possible to download all the installers in their different versions. That would make things much easier. We have an active support contract and its always pain in the a** to get other versions than the ones we are currently using.
At the moment I just install the IVE OS Version of the installer files I need on our test-environment and pick the installer files from there. Sucks!
