Loss of remote control after several disconnects

Has anyone here experienced loss of remote control of workstations over HTML5 after several drops of their interenet connection? Any ideas how to restore remote control without a reboot of the workstation?

Win10 / PS 9.0.3.64085

Re: Loss of remote control after several disconnects

Remote machine should sign-out the user session after some idle amount of time, correct? Isn't that happening? Did you get any error while trying to reconnect to the remote workstation?

Re: Loss of remote control after several disconnects

This is happening when I'm actively working, so the connection isn't idling out. I believe we're set for 12 hours. After it happens a few times, when I reconnect, I lose the ability to control my remote workstation. Signing off and back on doesn't help. Hoping to find some other way to reset the remote workstation that rebooting it.

@sdkeslar Do you see the remote workstation contents or is it just a black screen? Same behavior from all the browsers? Are you mostly using IE to connect HTML5 sessions?
