We have a MAG2600. The old administrator left, and there was no documentation left for the device. What do we need to do to reset the username/password. Is there a default user or password for these devices?
Connect to the serial console and create a super admin session. Follow the instructions on the console to login with super admin token and create a new admin account and/or reset password for the existing admin users.
And no the device does not come with a default password :-)
