MAG DHCP Issues

Ive been having a strange issue with my VPN and i cant seem to figure out whats happenening. When connect to my VPN, i get handed this ip address that doesnt make sense. Its got the correct IP address but the mask is a /32 and for whatever reason theres no default gateway. Its just blank. The VPN works just fine for the most part, but i do have DNS issues and times where it just wont work. Im assuming it may be because of the IP my client is receiving but i may be wrong.

Now correct me if im wrong, but I have split tunneling enabled on the MAG and DHCP turned on, so realistically it should be grabbing an IP from my DHCP server at the office. I can confirm that my DHCP works locally because we have had zero issues with it assigning IP addresses to hosts on the LAN. Its only the VPN clients that this happens to.

Does anyone know why i get an IP handed to me in this way ?

Re: MAG DHCP Issues

This is expected. The gateway displayed by windows will be blank or 0.0.0.0. For DNS issues with split tunnel you will want to see who is responding to DNS results. You should see two DNS requests being sent (1 for the tunnel and 1 for the physical adapter) for windows. If this is a Mac, you will only see DNS requests sent through the tunnel when it matches the DNS suffix list condirgured on the sa. All other requests are sent through the physical.
