MAG SSL VPN failed when Windows 7 connects broadband thru pppoe

I got a MAG 2600 ssl vpn working fine with Windows 7 with one exception -> pppoe network

the case is: Windows 7 32bit with SP1 client computer make pppoe connection (i.e. with user name + password) to access the Internet, after connecting to the Internet, user logon ssl vpn thru IE 8, then connect Junos Pulse for Windows 4.0.1.  All works fine, but after a while, ssl vpn connection & internet connection failed.

MAG 2600 is running 7.4R1 (build 23727)

any solution ?

Is there any specific errors in the 'debuglog.log' for Pulse?  This can be gathered by opening Pulse and going to File > Logs > Save As.

there are many 'debuglog.log' when I 'save as' the log from Junos Pulse, which one should I look at ?

indeed I found some error messages, but I just don't understand what it means.
