Hello Pulse Secure Community,
Pulse prompts "Connected" and Advanced Connection Details prompts "Tunnel not enabled".
Tried:
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
Did not work.
Got logs but can't attach to this message?
Help greatly appreciated.
Dirk

@RetroFX "Tunnel not enabled" means the user role that is being assigned to you doesn't have VPN tunneling access feature enabled on the server side.
Please reach out to your VPN administrator for assistance. It might be a misconfiguration on the server side or access not permitted due to other reasons like compliance failure.
Hello and thank you for the post.
A bit more information is needed here.
1. Are you connecting to a Pulse Connect Secure appliance? Or Juniper SRX firewall?
2. Do you know if your VPN administrator has setup VPN On Demand?
3. How many connections are configured on the Pulse Client when you open the user interface?
Thanks
Craig Brauckmiller

[email protected]Thanks for the help - you were entirely correct - my role wasn't properly setup on the server.
