Mac OS X Catalina Client Problem

Hi, 

I am having a problem starting a VPN Connection. After authenticating with the PulseConnectSecure Site in Safari, the page want's to start PulseApplicationLauncher.app, which opens after some seconds, but then the I got 'Detect an internal error.'

I got this in the logs from the ApplicationLauncher:

The Pulse Secure Client 5.3.7 is installed, an I also see a configured VPN connection.

I am running Mac OSX 10.15.3.

Is there any way to see, why the Launcher cannot communicate the Client? Are some special settings in Privacy&Security missing?

An other solution would be a complete reinstall, but how do I remove Pulse Secure correctly and complete from my Mac?

Cant comment on why it errors out however are you able to directly launch the Pulse client and connect? This will bypass the issue of Safari browser trying to start the Pulse client and get you connected while you troubleshoot the orignal isssue.

When I click connect in the Pulse Secure Connect application, Safari is launched and tries to authenticate, which will start the Application Launcher and that does not work. So unfortunatly, no that does not work.

Please upgrade the VPN client 9.1R4 version, check with your VPN provider for upgrade file.

I am unfortunately facing a similar issue (although linked with Java) on Catalina

Log: PulseApplication Pulse_secure_Application_Launcher p7375 tCB0F osxapplauncher.mm:543 - 'Psal::AppLauncher' Failed to invoke Pulse Secure Java Launcher to host applet.

I am on 9.1.1313

Any idea ?
