Mac OS10.15.5 pulse connect error 1130

I am install the pulse 9.1.5 on the Mac OS 10.15.5

and using the pulse to connect the vpn address. but the error message of

Connection Error.

Unable to load access method. (Error:1130)

The access method failed to initialize properly. This could be caused by attempting to connect to multiple remote access devices simultaneously

So how can i fix it.

You are getting a role with PSAM access enabled, which will not work in macOS (will show this error).

PSAM is only for Windows.

Please use VPN tunneling feature instead.

@geqian_007 Enable VPN tunneling option on the user role (general tab) and configure the supporting policies under users >> resource policies >> vpn tunneling >> access control (control the traffic allow/deny), connection profiles (IP scope, encryption&transport type, etc.), split tunneling (name implies )
