Mac error 1130

There seems to be multiple topics about this error in the past but with no resolution. 

I can access Pulse Secure VPN from my windows laptop to company resources but can't load it on Mac. Any time I try I get the "unable to load access method" error 1130. When its connecting it shows a "connecting - manual override" and then "failed - manual override". 

I've tried multiple version of Pulse Secure. I'm on a M1 Pro Macbook Pro with running MacOS 12.5 (had the error on 12.4 as well)

i would recommend opening a case with our support team for investigation. it sounds like the administrator may have policies in place that do not allow macOS endpoints
