Currently our users have logon accounts to our network in the format 1st Initial + Suranme e.g JSmith the users home direrectory however is in the format First Name Surname e.g. John Smith
We are using LDAP for authentication into an SA2500 & I want to map the home directories using the file browsing resource profiles. I realise I can map the share to \\SERVER\user\<username> but in our enviroment this won't work as <username> doesn't exist as a valid directory.
Is there any other way I can use diplayname or a different variable instaead of <username>
