McAfee 21.X not recognized by pulse secure

I have a mcafee liveSafe and the lastest version is 21.X ! and pulse does not support it. Could you do something about that please ?

Switching for a free AV is not an option!

Hi, which ESAP version are you using?  The latest is 3.2.9.

Also, are you sure it's LiveSafe and not another product?  I don't see anything past 16 on McAfee website and we support 16.  I see version 21 for other McAfee products like AllAccess, AntiVirus Plus, Interent Secure, etc, all of which we support.

We tried this afternoon the 3.2.9 version and we still have the issue.
The issue seems to be on the Virus Scan Version . The trial is on Virus Scan 20.X and the licensed version is on 21.X.

Here is the mcafee versions I have. (you should test on a licensed version because the free trial version is on the 20.X)

Do you have a support case open with our team. I see that we do support this version in the latest ESAP package.
