Getting an error that the software installed isn't on the required list.
Updated the most recent ESAP plugin 2.3.8 with no resolve.
Juniper, please keep up with the definitions/products!! We will have to leave Juniper if this continues to happen!!
In ESAP 2.3.8, it should have added support for "McAfee Security-as-a-Service 6.x Version Antivirus". Do you have a case open for this issue yet? JTAC will need to run the OESISDIagnosis to see what is returned from the SDK. I could not find a trial version of "Mcafee SaaS Endpoint Security Suite" to test this myself.

Did this work before upgrading to ESAP 2.3.8?
Thanks for the helpful reply Kita, I have done what you said and contacted support, ran the OESISDIagnosis tool, and determined that the host checker was not detecting that real time scanning was turned on. I restarted the service manually and now it is detecting it, except that I have to restart that service every time the computer is restarted.
Same thing is happening in 2.3.6/7/8.
Still working with Juniper support to determine if it's an issue with the host checker not detecting real time scanning or if it's more of an issue with McAfee not starting the real time scanning service properly (even though it says it's started).
Will update here once I find the resolution.
Please post or DM the case number and I will see what I can do to help with the case on the JTAC side.
I believe the service needs to be re-started each time the machine reboots; how is the JTAC case looking?
