Mcafee LiveSafe Not Compliant

I have created a ticket but I need to vent a little, lol. Each time I update to the latest ESAP file it has a chance to break McAfee LiveSaf Internet Security for our users. States that Compliance requires latest virus definitions. It was working just fine yesterday, so it had latest definitions. It's done it every since OPSWAT took a break for a couple months last year. Never been the same since. Why does it always break that package? 16.x is supported yet always breaks when we update ESPA packages.

Anybody else experience this?

i have not seen it with that; but, yes, ESAP updates always have the potential to have unexpected impact

Thanks Zanyterp, I realize that but it's always LiveSafe that has the problem. Now we found out that's it's Total Protection too that has a problem
