The MFA authenticator is now no longer in use. Could someone help me with documentation on setting up NPS policies to integrate with Pulse ?

which part of the NPS configuration is not functioning expected?
you should be able to configure NPS for a new client and then point the PCS to the NPS server (via the RADIUS auth server type)
