Microsoft Lync and Outlook disconnects frequently with Pulse

Switched from Net-Connect to Junos Pulse and already seeing issues with Lync and Outlook being loosing connection frequently. This typically happens when pulse re-eastablieshes connection while the system is resumed from Sleep/Hibernation . The logs only suggests switch between SSL and ESP with key negotiations.

What Pulse version are you using?

There is a  related bug fix in Pulse 4.0r2
