Migrating Configurations from earlier IVE versions?

Hi all.

I have a client migrating from a SA-4000 running 5.3R3.1 to a new 4500.  They have an extrememly complex configuration.  Does anyone know off the top of their heads how difficult it is to import a config from such an old version of the IVE OS?  It could be a factor in their upgrade decisions.

I'm tryinig to get them to provide a copy of the config to test in my lab but I wanted to ask all of you wonderful experts if you've had any experience with this.
