HI
I am hoping this is an easy question to answer!! Simply, we have a number of users that access the SA and use Network Connect but all from the same source IP address.
When the first users accesses the SA they sign in as expected, and can work as normal once NC launches. Any subsequant users that access the SA do not need to sign in at all, and as soon as the first user logs off, all the users are logged off - both of these scenarios are quite an issue!!
Is there any means of resolving this at all so that each user is forced to log in, and they do not interact with each others session?
Thanks
Is the "same source IP" meaning that different computers are connecting and the IVE sees only a single IP a la NAT or do you mean a la Citrix (or some other shared-session behavior)? If the former, this should be working without an issue and users should all be authenticating; if the latter, it is not supported and what you are seeing may be possible to occur.
The issue is as per the latter scenario, i.e. all users are on a single Citrix session. However, surely the behaviour should be the same as through a single NAT IP address, or am I missing something?
Thanks
Unfortunately, it is different. It is not a NAT-session; it is the user-based session from Citrix that is seen.
Each user would need to be connecting uniquely and not sharing the same Citrix session.
